I
You are fair, my love, to behold
Than all the black and fair maiden.
Beautiful are you, than angels in heaven
That does not age or become old.
Your lips are a path to sweetness
That fills my heart and mind.
Your speech is soft and comely,
And in your eyes, I see beyond.
Your hair is softer than the finest silk,
And your two breast are like ripe berries
That grows in the green garden;
Sweet to taste and get lost in.
Your cheeks are tender and rosy,
And your hands, adorned with rings
Are pillars of strength and might
That support me in time of strife.
