In Historic times, the way people communicate is different, it takes time for information to travel from one place to another, but since the innovation of the internet, a lot of things has changed extensively, having a drastic and great significance in the growth of the world. The internet has become a force that has changed the understanding of men in the way they live and communicate.

It is a technology that has become a tool for the Christians to impact and show forth the glory of God. The internet has become a tool of teleportation that allows you to travel from one geographical location to another. It has breached the limitation of developed and underdeveloped environment respectively and given us a taste of what it means to be Omni present. The most glaring way the Lord shows us his love is by counteracting the limitation of every individual’s environment, thereby giving us a taste of a dimension that expresses the higher intelligence of his immortality.

The Internet has changed the way we think and seek for information. It has rebranded the communications’ networks, to the extent that people prefer to make use of it for their everyday communication.

And looking at the world nowadays, we make use of the Internet in almost every activity man can invent or busy himself with.

You want buy an object, you order it online, you want to buy home accessories, you order it online, you want to facially speak with a person in a faraway country, you can share a moment online through a messenger app.

Before the existence of the Internet, if you wanted to keep up with the news about what is happening around the world, you had to walk down to newsstands at the rising of the day to purchase a local reporting on what had happened the previous day, But today with just a click to two, any information and its source from anywhere in the world can be added to your collection. And this includes: Breaking news, music clips, video clips, performances, online training and speeches, online library, online games, online mails and online storage.

It has the power to control the way people thinks, positively or negatively, through the contents that is shared on it.

 It is a complex and dimensional tool enabling individuals to create contents to impact lives through what is shared on it. It enables communication with individuals, and even creates an amazing possibility for a man to escape reality.

Today, we can send data from one end of the world to the other in a matter of seconds, make online presentations, take part in parallel “game worlds,” and use pictures, video, music, and text to share our real lives, and our unique identities.

The complexity that comes with using the Internet has changed our mode of business, education, government, healthcare, and even the ways in which we interact with our loved ones for it has become one of the major key of our social evolution.

We see the influence of Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and WhatsApp on our social life.

The importance of social media is that you can stay in touch from moment to moment with the people who really matter to you, irrespective of the distance that separates you. Social media let you share experiences and information; they get people and ideas in touch instantly, without frontiers.

The benefit of the internet cannot be exaggerated, because it has been the tool of exposure into things that a local man might never comprehend or think along its path.
